Our chocolate is single source, Venezuelan, Chococlates El Rey, considered by many, to be the finest chocolate in the world. We use both milk and dark chocolates ranging from 41% to 73%. We use Organic and or locally grown products whenever possible.


Brandee Tidwell, owner and chocolatier is trying new things in the world of chocolate, bringing spices from her home state of, New Mexico, and other regions from around the world. She is progressively persuing new fusions everyday. Brandee consistanly produces simply divine chocolates, with both new recipes and also relying on her original collection.

Brandee has a very diverse background in both fine art and a life long passion for the Culanary arts. “Several years ago I realized chocolate could fulfill both of my dreams, an artist and a chef.” Brandee said. She definetley pulls from her painting background, building layer upon exquisite flavors from aroung the world,while applying wonderful layers of different textures.

Mi Coarzon is a family business with family wholesome values. We believe in only using the best ingredients and creating each bite of chocolate with a touch of something special, love.
